VIDEOTASTING
Yellow- greenish color of medium intensity. It is a clean and bright wine with the presence of tears. High intensity of citrus fruits on the nose with herbal notes of fennel and balsamic. Presence of tropical and floral aromas. Perfect as an aperitif and accompanying cold dishes, such as creams or salads, marinated fish or creamy cheeses. Also good pairing for white meats.
HARVEST AND VINE SELECTION
Great climate of 2020: Winter with moderate temperatures, a mild spring and warm summer. Moderate rainfall throughout the year. Strong winds, which guarantee good health.
ELABORATION AND FERMENTATION
Prefermentative, cold maceration, thereby giving greater release of varietal aromas. During the whole winemaking process inert gases are used so as to protect the wines, avoid contact with oxygen and achieve greater longevity for this Verdejo. Ageing: 20% in French wooden Foudres with its own lees.
TASTING NOTES

Presence of tropical and floral aromas. Fresh with balanced acidity, full- bodied and unctuous. In retronasal, balsamic and herbal appear again.
