CONCOURS MONDIAL DE BRUXELLES APPLAUDS THE WINES OF RAMON BILBAO ON ITS NEW VINTAGES

“Mirto de Ramón Bilbao” has reached the highest mark with the Grand Gold Medal
“Ramón Bilbao Reserva 2012” and “Ramón Bilbao Gran Reserva 2010” achieved a Gold Medal

HARO, May 2017. – The new vintages of ‘Ramón Bilbao’ winery received the recognition of an international jury of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. “Mirto de Ramón Bilbao” has reached the highest mark with the Grand Gold Medal Award for its new vintage 2012. Also “Ramón Bilbao Reserva 2012” and “Ramón Bilbao Gran Reserva 2010” achieved a Gold Medal and and “Ramón Bilbao Viñedos de Altura 2014” and “Lalomba de Ramón Bilbao Rosado 2016” with Silver Medal.


Concours Mondial de Bruxelles

9080 wines will be tasted by wine judges from 50 countries during the 24th edition of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. It will be held from May 2-5 2017 in the capital of Castilla y León region – Valladolid. 2400 wine glasses, 2000 liters of water and 2000 breads have been ordered to ensure the smooth running of the tasting sessions.Twenty years experience have enabled the competition to become a benchmark amongst international wine contests. Belgium can be proud to organise a unique event that is known and recognised by the wine industry and consumers world wide.
